Why, we're Mordecai and Florence Bloomsbury of course. What a simple minded question.

WHAT IS GOING ON?!
Firstly, please don't shout. That is entirely unnecessary. Secondly, we are peddling the ghastly wares of the strange and miserable artist that stumbled upon our doorstep one night. This is how the artist earns their keep. 

Can I return/exchange things?
RETURN POLICY
Dreadful Bloom will accept returns within 14 days of item delivery. Buyer MUST contact Dreadful Bloom to initiate a return. Buyer must pay for return postage costs. Goods must be received in original condition. Restocking fees of $0.50 USD per item apply.

Dreadful Bloom DOES NOT accept forced returns and will not refund item costs in forced return instances.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Past the initial 24 hour window, Dreadful Bloom DOES NOT offer order cancellation.

If you have a problem with your order please (don't) hesitate to write to us via the online postmaster's page and we will be most (un)happy to assist you. Please allow 24-48 hours for reply.

How long will it take to get my goods?
Please review the announcement at the top of the page. This will always have the most accurate processing time. An important note, processing time is the amount of time it will take from the second you place your order until the post office takes possession of it. This does not include the time it takes for the post office to haul it into your vicinity, get it into the postman's hands, and have the postman leave it at your door. Nor does this account for weather, disaster or general misfortune at the hands of the post office. We will however, investigate mysterious disappearances and damage on your behalf. 

How will you send my order?
All goods are sent in a flat rigid mailer or weatherproof polymailer via First Class Parcel Service of the United States Postal Service. All domestic orders will have a tracking number attached. We cannot guarantee tracking information for international orders. 

Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to every country.

Can I ask for custom goods?
We can certainly pass on your request to the artist. Visit us in the greenhouse to see when the requests window is open, or submit an inquiry through the postmaster's page.
